Really frustrating when I couldn't get a response or cancel the order. The refund situation made it worse.

No clear tracking update
The tracking update led nowhere, and I couldn't get a clear answer about whether the order was actually moving. When I tried to sort it out, the replies didn't resolve anything. That left me unsure what was happening and pretty frustrated with the whole purchase. I wouldn't call that reassuring.

I ordered a set for my mom on September…
I ordered a set for my mom on September 25th and I still have no email of it shipping. I emailed but have yet to receive a response even though it says 24h response. There’s also no where to cancel my order and get my money back. I’m not impressed!!

I canceled an order before production…
I canceled an order before production and was told I would receive a full refund. Then, my item was shipped WEEKS later and I'm told I'll have to return the item at my cost when I receive it in order to receive my refund. Shipping costs will total more than my item. I also paid for expedited shipping and the item is still not here and they will not refund those charges.. Horrible company!!! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM!

Zero stars if I could
Zero stars if I could. The item arrived looking okay. One hand wash and ALL the lettering fell off. They said their products can’t use cleaning products on them or be rubbed in anyway. The asked me to pay $15 to resend.

Absolutely horrible product
Absolutely horrible product. My daughter’s name was spelled wrong. I paid the extra worry, free arrive as ordered or refund. Contacted customer service and I’m getting the runaround regarding my $59 refund. They keep telling me they will send me a brand new one if I pay $10 shipping then only a $15 refund and now a $10 refund absolutely horrible avoid avoid avoid avoid
