Bonanza rush express is a scam, 150 euro on 1 euro a klick never gave a train, dont play this game as the rtp is a totally scam, please trust me this company is scamming there players, Losing is okay but playing 150 euros and never got a bonus plus the trains are full already for ages, and it never pops, It's so obvious that this company is scamming and forcing there slots not to pop

Aeriagames abzocke hinter den Kulissen
Ich würde Aeriagames nicht mal einen Stern geben. Diese Games sind reine Abzocke. Ich Spielte seid Tagen Grand Fantasia und es macht Spaß aber das Original bei der Firma X-Legends ist Tausend mal besser. Diese Firma hört nicht auf die Community und wenn nicht jemand Positiv über Aeriagames Redet geschweige im Discord oder Ingame wird Gemutet und im schlimmstenfalle gebannt. Seid also vorsichtig wenn Ihr Accounts besitzt wie Ich. Geht euch Vergraben Aeriashit.^^ Ich kriege die Lizenz von X-Legends um euch abzulösen. Ich zeige euch rein Hypothetisch den Virtuellen Mittelfinger.

Gladly, I have nothing good to say about Aeria Games or Gamigo. They just kill all the games they own. And their prices are stupidly high. They carry a big graveyard of death games on their back.

dont buy there games or in game credit!!!!!!!
i personally would of gave them less than 1 star if i could. yeh basically selling micro transactions that you cant use because they knew fine well there game was switching publishers/shutting down and they actually removed the in game store so they knew fine well people wouldnt be able to use them false advertising what a joke been speaking with advisor there absolutely useless only option is for me to buy another aeria game to spend it what a joke dont buy there games or in-game money scammers!!!!!!

Had some bad issues in the past but they have improved
In the past the customer service was horrendous and they deleted characters, breaking guilds and claimed they couldn't fix any of it. I was angry I wanted nothing to do with the game anymore. But it was my home since I was 16. It was important and precious to me. I went back eventually. Now years later I had to contact Customer service again over an issue. They were very patient with me, very kind about it all and even had me work along with them to help fix the issue. (turned out the issue was effecting all players not just me) Now maybe there is still bad employees I don't know. But from my own personal experience the customer service has improved. They still have a long way to go but they are much better than before.

Il ne pense qu'à prendre de l'argent au joueur il y avait de bon jeu avant mais quand son rapport plus argent il le laisse tomber il ne pense qu'a l'argent l'avis des joueus pour améliorer les jeux pour eux je n'ai pas important temps que les joueurs payent j'ai ce qui compte pour eux le reste on oublie
