Patient help when it mattered
A stuck panel, then patient help. The interface has not been perfect for me, with occasional bugs and a restart that did nothing at first. What kept the experience positive was the support: replies were clear, friendly, and focused on getting the problem sorted rather than brushing it aside. Once fixed, the server itself ran well, and the pricing felt reasonable for the performance. There can be a wait when the team is busy, but the assistance has been worth it, and the explanations made the next steps easy to follow. 🙂
