I placed an order with Zavvi on…

I placed an order with Zavvi on September 22 for around €270 worth of clothing. It is now October 3, almost 12 days later, and my order is still showing as “processing.” Ordernr 785420144 I have already tried to cancel the order online, but nothing seems to be happening. I have received no clear update, no shipment confirmation, and no proper response. At this point, I am seriously starting to wonder what is going on and whether I will actually receive my order or get my money back. I remember Zavvi being a reliable company around 10 years ago, but based on my experience now, the service seems to have gone downhill significantly. Very disappointing experience so far.

Ik had 1 superman shirt met het nieuwe…

Ik had 1 superman shirt met het nieuwe logo besteld en 1 met het oude logo besteld maar kreeg 2 shirts met het oude logo voor in de plaats. De enige optie die ze konden bieden was dat ik het shirt terug stuurde en dat ze dan de juiste zouden sturen. Mijn advies is om een filmpje te maken bij het openen van het pakket zodat je bewijs hebt als de levering niet goed is.

Ervaring is een stuk minder geworden

Ik heb altijd met veel tevredenheid bij Zavvi besteld, maar de laatste keren zijn de ervaringen een stuk minder. Eén bestelling heb ik nooit ontvangen, omdat deze tijdens het transport "verloren" is gegaan. Bij een andere bestelling heb ik maar de helft van de bestelde producten ontvangen. De klantenservice reageert redelijk snel, waarbij je je wel kunt afvragen of je antwoord hebt gekregen van een menselijk persoon of een chatbot aangezien je van die standaard antwoorden krijgt.
