the order never seemed to move, and getting a useful update was a struggle. messages brought little clarity, so i was left unsure whether anything was being done. waiting is one thing, but being unable to get a straight answer made it really frustrating and more stressful than it needed to be.

Llevo esperando mi pedido desde el día 12 de enero. Lo compre el 26 De diciembre y me llego como que lo habian expedido el 30 de diciembre. No me dicen que emlresa lo teansporta ni si me van a dar solucion. Ni siquiera puedo contactar con nadie y si escribes un mail te contestan siempre lo mismo. Espero que me solucionen el problema porque era un pedido de 52 euros. Mi número de pedido es 549471918. Espero una solución urgente

Es una lastima está página... muy poca variedad en sus productos, siempre casi lo mismo, no arriesgan en tener más variedad para un público diferente, siempre me quejo de lo mismo, antes por lo menos tenían algo de tcg, deberían de pensar en aumentar el catálogo que de las camisetas, las tazas y los posavasos, tengo que comprar cada mes por obligación y a veces ya me es difícil... Además diré que cogí hace poco un pack de 5 camisetas sorpresa y todas feísimas y de muy mala calidad

No da opciones de forma de envío y directamente cargan el coste del envío una vez que haces el pedido. El coste de envío debería estar incluido en el precio del artículo si no da opciones.
This company is managed very badly, they don't keep any stock, and almost any order needs about a week before gets shipped. Customer service is pretty much useless, they don't even read the message and reply with some protocol answer, no care at all for customer needs. I ordered a mug and shirt, which shipped late, I requested multiple times the chance to return this product and it's almost 4 weeks since I sent an email but not a single return label is been sent to me, and not even a decent answer.
