How responsive is customer support?

Many reviewers describe support as quick, friendly, and helpful, including with technical questions. A few report that replies took longer than expected, sometimes up to an hour or more.

Is the service suitable for someone new to running a server?

Several reviewers say staff helped them set up servers, configure modpacks, and work through problems. Some specifically describe the guidance as useful for beginners.

Do reviewers consider the hosting good value?

Many reviewers praise the prices and describe the hosting as affordable for the performance or support they received. These are individual customer impressions, and the reviews do not establish a standard price or plan details.

What do reviews say about server performance and reliability?

Reviewers often describe servers as fast, smooth, or reliable, and some report reduced ping after moving a server. Others mention occasional server problems, so experiences are not entirely uniform.

Can customers get help with game setup or customization?

Reviews describe assistance with Minecraft modpacks and server configuration, as well as one case where staff set up a server for a game that was not listed. Experiences may depend on the particular game or request.

How are technical problems handled?

Many reviewers say staff helped resolve setup bugs or server issues, and some describe receiving step-by-step guidance. A few reviews also mention server problems or slower replies, and one reviewer reports an unresolved service dispute.

Do reviews establish what happens if a customer requests a refund?

The reviews do not establish a general refund policy. One reviewer describes a disputed refund request after reporting that the service did not work, so it is not possible to infer a consistent outcome from these reviews.

Setup went smoothly

Setup went smoothly, and support replied quickly when I got stuck. Good value for a small server.

Wyvern Hosting is garbage Scam Alert!!

Wyvern Hosting is garbage after taking my money, and failing to provide me a service that worked in a timely fashion and requesting a refund they proceeded to try to strong arm me into keeping the broken server service. After multiple support ticket responses back and forth with Connor and threatening to expose his refusal to refund my money to my bank instead of giving me Store Credit they chose not only to keep my money and not provide a full refund they deleted the account and support ticket messages to cover their asses . 10/10 Wyvern Hosting for Scamming me out of my money and wasting my time

A server for an “Early Access” game

The game that I wanted as a server wasn’t listed (Necesse). It was a new “Early Access” game on steam . Connor went above and beyond expectations and made one just for me! I’ve used Wyvern in the past for a couple Unturned servers. They always had very good value and excellent support!

10/10 Best hosting.

Hello, I chose the cheapest option, and everything is absolutely fantastic with 100% uptime. I would rate it 10/10. The support is excellent; you can ask anything without hesitation because they are very friendly and they respond very quickly, even considering my local time in Lithuania. I would rate their support 9.9/10. For only 4 euros, you receive a lot. In comparison to other well-known brands like Apex, Shockbyte, and others, you're essentially paying just for the name. Underrated.

Amazing transfer process from my previous host.

WOW! I was very happy with the quality of the wyvern hosting service as well as the super speed of the support team. I was having trouble with my previous host with ping issues so i asked around and was recommended wyvern by someone who transferred from the host i was using and told me how much better it was, they transferred all of my server data within 20 minutes the server is the exact same i have all my gear but 100 less ping! AND CHEAP! 10/10 recommend.
