A quick fix, with a kind reply. My issue was handled quickly and without much fuss, and the response felt respectful rather than rushed. It was a relief not to get stuck in a long exchange; I could get back to using the service and move on with my day.
Whost is a nightmare to deal with. They do not honor their contracts. A complete scam. The reason they do not accept Amex is because Amex will fight for the consumer. They have cheated me out of $1900 and will not even answer the phone. Beware!!! Do your homework before booking anything with them.
Un asco, era gratis pero les movio mas el dinero casi dos años con esa pendejada para al final hacerlo de paga, para eso lo hubieran echo de paga desde un inicio no lo recomiendo
