Have not gotten my PayPal Reward its been 3 months

Have sent multiple support tickets and email replies and after the initial contact emails that are clearly not written by a human and its just an automated email since two different people sent the exact same email word for word and did not even address the content in said support tickets and then i cashed out my $150 PayPal Reward and and email that said its gonna send me a link for the reward in up to 5 business days yeah i got the email on July 18th 2026 i am writing this on October 5th 2026 and still no reward link sent to me they have basically ghosted me even after i sent multiple screenshots of proof for my intial issue this all started with and nothing has been done

Everything seems good except for your…

Everything seems good except for your widget it keeps pulling me out of other games while I'm playing them to bring me to your app just to tell me I've earned points. This is really aggravating when I'm playing a game and get pulled out. I don't mind getting a notification but to be pulled away from what I'm doing is really annoying.
