Looking at 51 reviews, most reviewers were dissatisfied with the overall experience. A few reviewers say they received small payouts or vouchers, sometimes quickly, and some report that early redemptions went smoothly. These positive experiences are outweighed by reports of later problems....
The dominant complaint is that rewards, particularly larger redemptions, remain pending or are not paid, even after reviewers say they completed game goals. Many also report that support gives repetitive or unhelpful responses, stops replying, or attributes payout problems to suspicious activity they dispute. Some say game progress or milestone points fail to update, and a few describe changing or difficult-to-reach reward goals.
UTTER SCAM. yeah you do get the payments earned by playing games for years upon years! but you DO NOT GET £100 playtime progress. Try emailing their support and you’ll either get Laura BOT or William BOT's standard reply. Not one human has responded to my issue. They must have literally millions in their pot from the constant adverts - money grabbing B#^£#%#S 😠
I had a decent start with small rewards, but after spending a lot of time on higher goals, my larger payout stayed pending and support stopped giving useful answers. I was also concerned by repeated claims of suspicious activity when I had simply played the offered games. I regret the time invested and would not rely on this service for meaningful rewards.
Can't give zero so 1 it is. Used to be an ok app but now it's gone to hell. All it is, is play for a minute and watch ad to make them money. If you want to play a game for no rewards uninterrupted just download a standalone game. FU playtime
They really don't like paying rewards. I've had to fight for rewards three times and they no longer respond to my messages.
Small rewards almost always pay out. The bigger ones that take forever to get to are the ones that "bug" and you end up getting nothing. Support is ofcourse useless and all they say is "too bad, just install another app and try again". Whats the point of even having a support team if they dont provide any support? I wonder when these crooks will stop being used for every reward app.
Nawala ung pera ko sa playtime ,3720 ang pera ko,,diko maiwidraw...tapos nung narecover na ung acount ko nwala na ung pera
They have paid me every time. I love it
Au début tout allait bien et là les jeux ne progressent pas ils sont bloqués alors que je suis proche de la récompense j’ai écrit au support d’aide pas de réponse des heures et des heures passées pour rien
I played one of Playtime’s partner games to earn Atlas Bucks for Atlas Earth. At first, everything worked exactly as advertised — during the promotional period, I received the correct boosted rewards for completing milestones. However, once the promotion period ended, the payouts suddenly dropped to the base rate, even though the offer clearly stated that the promotional rate would apply up to 60 in-game tasks completed. This is misleading and frustrating. I invested a significant amount of time (20 days) expecting the rewards that were promised, only to receive a Small amount of atlas bucks. I would not recommend relying on Playtime offers at all.
Super
