How quickly are Minecraft servers set up?

Several reviewers describe quick setup, with one reporting that a server was ready within minutes. Others say they received their server directly after ordering. A reviewer also reported that initial setup sometimes stalled and required help from support.

How well do the servers perform?

Many reviewers describe smooth gameplay, good performance, and stable service. A smaller number mention outages or being disconnected, so experiences with reliability are not entirely uniform.

Is the server panel easy to use?

Reviewers commonly describe the interface as straightforward and easy to manage. They mention being able to reach settings and configure their servers without much difficulty. Some also value the available add-ons and mods.

What do reviewers say about customer support?

Many describe support as friendly, helpful, and quick to respond, including for setup questions. However, some reviewers report slower replies or difficulty getting help, so response experiences vary.

Are the services considered good value?

Opinions vary. Many reviewers find the prices fair or good value, and some point to offers as a benefit. Others consider the service expensive, with one specifically criticizing domain prices.

Do reviewers mention any setup or connection problems?

A few report that setup sometimes stalled, servers occasionally went offline, or they were unexpectedly disconnected. Other reviewers say their servers ran without problems, so these issues are not reported by everyone.

Settings without a fuss

The server panel feels straightforward, so getting to the settings I need doesn't take much thought. I can adjust the setup without getting lost in it, and the server has been dependable for my needs. That leaves me free to focus on playing instead of fiddling with hosting.

Kunde seit mehreren Jahren

Great value for reliable servers

Been a customer for a somewhat long time. The pricing is pretty alright, however the very frequent top-up bonuses (sometimes up to 100% top-up bonus! That's essentially a 50% discount on anything you want!) make the service very attractive to me. That's a value i could find on neither AWS nor Hetzner. The servers themselves are very reliable and run without any problems. The support is pretty quick and helpful as well. All in all a great service and my go-to hoster. Can only recommend.
