I paid for a one-year subscription with the promise of receiving a dedicated profile. Initially, I did receive access, but it stopped working shortly after. When I contacted support, responses were delayed, and I was given multiple replacement accounts, most of which did not work at all. After following up again, I received no response whatsoever.

Its a scam now, the support is a Basic mensage that says they have problems and they sorry and leave order number and mail and.... Nothing 1 month pass and nothing and if u are to persistent they block you. Profile desapear and when u enter there are new ones in stead.
