Looking at 51 reviews, most reviewers were very happy with the overall experience. Many describe winning small prizes, vouchers or tokens, while some report larger prizes, including holidays and household items. Reviewers appreciate being able to choose from prize options, and several mention friendly, helpful support when asking questions or claiming prizes. Tree planting is also a recurring reason reviewers value taking part....
However, some customers find that tokens and smaller wins take time to build into prizes, or feel that their wins have been less frequent than other reviewers describe. A few are dissatisfied with the available prize choices, and one reviewer reports not receiving replies to repeated emails.
Love Daymade! The variety of prizes is great, I have one a few bronze prizes and think it's great that you can choose from a list, I've had a couple of £15 Etsy vouchers and more. I also think it's great that if you forget to redeem tokens or choose tokens, they will plant trees instead. Annoying when you forgot to redeem but feels less like a waste knowing they are planting trees.
Well i must say when I joined DAYMADE, yes I was completely scheptical, but i kept winning tokens when my numbers came up, £50 gift card, and a Platinum prize came up, I won a choice of prizes and chose a 7 night Norwegian Cruise, will get back and let you all know as its due next year. I can't fault the staff here , super friendly, answer very quickly any questions , and I can highly recommend joining.Thankyou DAYMADE for msking my DAY.
Was sceptical at first, won 3 small gift cards then today I won a 7 night Norwegian Fjords Cruise for 2. I can't believe it, you have to be in it to win it 😊
Only joined around a fortnight ago and have already won 50 tokens to spend on games or prizes. For that, I can buy several gift vouchers or products. Very pleased!
lotto with a difference, great prizes and amazing customer service also. I was also entered into prize draw for free. I would highly recommend Day made to All
Well I have never come across a company like this. Yes others give to charities but Daymade plant a tree every single game you play ,they award tokens that can be used to enter extra competitions or even use for prizes. What's more Ive won a Bronze prize and chose a lovely hamper ,a voucher and extra tokens all in such a short period of time playing .The customer service team are also very people orientated and respond so quickly to tell you exactly how to claim ,chose your prize or use your tokens.
Not sure I understand it all yet, but positive experience so far.
I love DAYMADE. Had a few generous wins and and any issues are resolved easily. Particularly want to mention Hollie in the customer service department who is extremely helpful.
Often win! Ok, its not a million pounds but its still worth it! very good quality
Violet at the Daymade, Head office customer service team is amazing. She was exceptional at helping us out with one of the providers and resolved our queries so quickly and efficiently. Nothing was to much trouble and she kept us in the loop the whole time. :)
DAYMADE is a prize platform where players can win incredible at-home prizes and all-inclusive holidays and local experiences, while supporting a good cause.
