Nearly 3 weeks, no delivery and no customer service
Extremely disappointing experience with Box.co.uk. I placed an order nearly three weeks ago and the drives still have not arrived. I have contacted Box.co.uk several times by email and not received a single response. I have also spoken to their online chat, but the only response I have been given is that they are “discussing it with the courier”. Despite this, there has been no meaningful update or progress to date. I appreciate that courier delays can happen, but that does not excuse a complete lack of communication with the customer. Nearly three weeks after placing an order, I would expect Box.co.uk to have either resolved the issue, provided a clear explanation and timescale, or offered an appropriate solution. The most frustrating part is not simply the delay — it is having to repeatedly chase for information and getting nowhere.
