Bad customer service
I ordered an item from Box.co.uk, but the package was lost oxr stolen in transit. I contacted their customer service to request an investigation into the missing delivery, but after 10 days, I have received no update whatsoever. To make matters worse, they have now completely stopped replying to my emails. It feels completely unsafe to order from them, as they take your money and abandon you if something goes wrong. This level of communication and customer service is unacceptable. Avoid this seller.
