Some also report helpful customer service, including assistance with setup questions and resolving hardware or software issues....
However, some customers report serious delivery problems, including late or missing orders, and say communication and updates were poor when issues arose. A few also describe problems with refunds, stock availability, or a faulty component, while some mention confusion about Windows licensing or activation.

I had a good experience with AWD-IT
I had a good experience with AWD-IT. The order went smoothly, and when I had an issue with the monitor, they handled the replacement and refund efficiently. Solid customer service both ways!

It just works
So, ive gone out of my way to write this review. It might be my first one on her tbf. I got the AWD-IT Erebus AMD Ryzen 7, NVIDIA RTX 5060 Ti, 32GB RAM, 1TB SSD - Windows 11 PreBuilt Gaming PC with 120Hz Gaming Monitor First off they upgraded my monitor. Instead of a downgrade or a cancellation or me waiting heck knows how long they emailed me and said we don't have this monitor do u want this one? I said yes and that same day within like maybe an hour or two they got back to me saying itll be sent with a tracking number. It arrived the next day!! For context i ordered Monday morning and I got Wednesday! Nut. It was omega easy to set up. Literally put cables in to back and update boom. I downloaded a few games but mainly enshrouded and wardogs. I put both onto max settings and said go and it went! They ran like butter. Later im trying control 2 but it is truly everything I could want. I also got there keybord and mouse with a head set bundle and it lights up and stuff. This is my first Gaming pc and I looked at cosco, curry's, and very oh and argos. all of them had this kind of thing listed at 2k plus. For 1250 (down from i think 1.3k) I got something far better that just works. Again this is early days but it has 3 year warranty and there support has already shown how brilliant they are. I promise I will exclusively buying my future systems from here and no where else. The one I got will last me till 30 years old easy and even then ill just have to drop the settings a bit. Hope this helped!

Fantastic after-sales service from AWD. Highly recommend.
We thought AWD-IT was absolutely fantastic. The computer was very competitively priced when we bought it and we were delighted with it and its performance. We recently had a hardware failure and were very impressed by the prompt response from the customer service team at AWD. Our messages were replied to very quickly and within a couple of days AWD had arranged for the machine to be picked up from our home. Just over a week later the computer was returned and works as good as ever. This is the definition of hassle-free after-sales support that is so difficult to find these days. I wholeheartedly recommend AWD.
