Motherboard did not work when installed…
Motherboard did not work when installed into computer by a professional computer engineer. The way it was shipped with processor and heat sync fan already assembled is the opinion of the engineer why it wouldn't work when they installed it. When I contacted they company about this they are blaming me for it not working as they claimed it was working when they sent it out. First tried to blame my graphics card, then my ram and then my monitor. Very unprofessional customer service. Still waiting for the result of their tests when they receive it back. Have refused point blank to refund my engineer costs as they claim it is against their t&c's. I accept that I would have paid the engineer for installing the motherboard which would have been less than a hour but the engineer had to spend further time doing diagnostic checks for which I have had to pay for. Never again from this company
