Excellent service. After doing endless hours of research I bought a starter setup for my son. Very clear options (I did forget to add WiFi 😭) excellent value for money and next day delivery. Was updated frequently and delivered perfectly packaged Would definitely use again and recommend
Absolutely appalling experience with AWD-IT. The communication between AWD-IT and DPD has been absolutely dreadful, and as a result, my son still does not have the PC we paid for.I am now severely out of pocket. The PC was needed for my son, yet it was never received. What has made the situation even worse is the complete lack of communication and support. I have had to constantly chase AWD-IT myself for updates, only to receive little or no response. It should not be the customer’s responsibility to repeatedly chase a company for answers when an order has not arrived. AWD-IT and DPD should be communicating with each other and resolving the problem, rather than leaving the customer completely in the dark. My son has been left without the PC he needed, I have lost a significant amount of money (1K!) and I have had to spend my own time constantly chasing for answers.This is completely unacceptable. The communication, customer service and handling of this situation have been extremely poor. I feel completely let down and severely out of pocket, with still no PC for my son. I would strongly advise others to think and research before ordering from AWD -IT.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!! Absolutely terrible experience with AWD-IT. My order never arrived properly, and the delivery contained empty boxes and instead of the items I had paid for. The whole order was missing. I have now lost my money and, more importantly, completely lost trust in this company. The customer service has been extremely disappointing and has done very little to resolve the situation. Awful customer service and communication! This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a company. I would strongly advise people to stay away and think twice before ordering. I certainly will never buy from this company again.
Tuck them almost 2 weeks to " try" and deliver a PC ( 3k+£). After 3 attempts of delivery and BS excuses from both DPD and AWD-IT, order was canceled over the phone. No confirmation email of cancelation or reassurance of money back in 14 days. No PC, no money, no contact till this day, soo...yeah, not impressed. Kills the excitement, time waisted, felt really bad. But don't let my experience stop you from burying anything, i mean its just one customer, right ? Ps. Dont need your " sorry for the bad experience bs " just get on with the refund.

PC was well put together, and phone support was excellent. However I’m upset that it's implied for £109 you would get a Windows 11 Home licence. But it's just a basic OEM tied to the motherboard. Something that can be legally brought much cheaper elsewhere. It did sour what otherwise was a decent buying experience. I feel slightly scammed, or at the very least misled.
