Kurt (Aternos) run my fade.
This site is so bad I want to give it a zero, but thats not possible so i have to give it a one. It deleted my server without sending me any type of email. A server 3 people were using and put alot of work into. Two weeks later, they email ME telling me to back up my server before its deleted. Mind you, they already deleted it so I send an email back and send that. Im directed to KURT support who tells me confidently that my server has not been deleted yet. I give them dates, a literal screenshot of it saying the server was deleted due to inactivity, ( it hadnt even been a full 3 months yet ) and asked for help recovering it if its apparently "not deleted yet." Now support KURT turns around and says it was deleted because it had not been used as if he didnt fib and tell me the opposite. So i ask why did they email me (FIRST BY THE WAY) and seem as if i had time to recover it when they already deleted it without telling me. Then hes gonna say they "normally do that" but it was basically empty which was offending and a lie. so there was no relevant data to save there as if they went into the server themselves and looked around. I again ask for assistance and tell them that even if the data says its a small server thats still not fair to just delete it without emailing me like Aternos is normally supposed to ( WHAT HE SAID THEY NORMALLY DO) then hes gonna be like oh no one mustve joined it or you guys mustve never started the server and youre NOT REQUIRED TO INFROTM BEFORE DELETING DATA. Like hello? Isnt that what you "normally do"? and hes gonna end it off talking about some and we do not want to waste money for sending mass email to people who never even used their servers. Who are you feeling like? Thats why Aternos is garbage.
