I bought a gaming PC from Allied last…
I bought a gaming PC from Allied last year and honestly, the PC itself was great at first. The problem started a few months in, when it started making a loud, annoying noise that wouldn't go away.
I reached out to their support and they asked me to check the cables and fan, which I did. The noise kept coming back, so I checked again. And again. I even sent them videos showing the noise happening. But instead of actually looking into it or offering a repair, they just kept asking me to do the same checks over and over.
After a couple of months of this, they just stopped replying. No response to email, no response on Instagram either. It's been months now and the PC still isn't fixed, even though it's supposed to be covered by warranty.
I later found out their parent company overseas ran into financial trouble, but I was told the Swedish side is a separate company and should still be able to help. So far though, still nothing.
I don't say this to be dramatic, I just wanted a working computer and some basic support when something went wrong. If you're thinking about buying from them, I'd just go in with realistic expectations about what happens if something does break.
